I have used KLH conveyancing for many years, and with both sale and purchase of a number of properties. I have always found the staff to be diligent, (often picking up contractual issues that I had missed), prompt, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with in every respect. I would highly recommend Judy to any prospective vendor or purchaser, especially considering some of the tricks and traps that Judy has helped me to avoid.
Delighted with the service I received From KLH I would recommend them. I had a complicated change of arrangements at the last minute and these were seamlessly and efficentially managed without judgement. I thoroughly appreciated their enormous effort with great communication whenever I required it.
I used KLH Conveyancing to purchase a property through a self managed superfund. They understood the process and guided me through it in a professional manner.
My experience with Judy, Karen and the entire team was fantastic. Very professional, personable and no problem too difficult to overcome (usually something that I had created). Love your work.
